It was with the aid and blessing of Allah (SWT) that on the date of April 04, 2014, at the headquarters of Nakheel Aden Yemeni-Saudi company limited for real estate development, represented by its Chairman of the Board; Sheikh Ahmed Jamaan Bin Sweidan, that the agreement was entered into with “Ayyash” Establishment for trading and agencies, represented by Mr. Ibrahim Saleh Ayyash for the illumination of phase I of “Durrat Aden” residential project  for the cost of more than 2 million US Dollars within a period of not more than five months.
